Natalie Sisco, Program Leader at i-tri
For over a decade, Natalie dedicated herself to education, working as an elementary teacher in the US and in Germany. In 2016, she felt a deep calling to create a space where girls could feel empowered and confident, leading her to establish a mentoring girls club at her school. This passion for uplifting young women eventually brought her to i-tri where she has been a Program Leader for the past eight years.
Natalie finds immeasurable joy in working with the girls, witnessing their emotional and physical growth through each practice. Their commitment to strengthening both mind and body is a daily source of inspiration for her. She feels incredibly lucky to be a part of their journey, guiding them as they challenge themselves in ways they never thought possible.
While i-tri is a program many of us wish we had growing up, Natalie believes it’s never too late to learn and grow. For her, the most rewarding part is sharing that journey with these incredible young women, proving that empowerment has no age limit.
